It's probably that you need a vacation real bad; perhaps you just work and work and work and no time off? This sounds like you're trying to relax and unwind, but are concentrating on your body reactions to that. It's either that, or you're on some sort of medication, legal or non-legal that's causing these feelings....???! Michelle
