As for the cemetery being haunted, it may very well be. As for your experiences related to what you were doing in the cemetery, I would tend towards a different theory. It seems that in the past when we had new members with our core group of investigators, we did not have very many experiences. As soon as the "newbies" would leave and the people that I was most comfortable with were the only ones there, then we would tend to get some very good results. So, the fact that you were "comfortable" and with someone that you trust, that may have enhanced your experience. As for joining a group and making a career out of it. Try to find a group in your area. Make sure that they investigate in a manner that is suited to you. Some groups prefer to have psychics, others, like ours prefer not to. Then make sure that the group you join (or possibly start) follows a rigid set of protocols in order to help eliminate natural causes for you pics, recordings, etc.. Examples of these protocols appear on this web page and on the IGHS's page. Good luck.
