Oh my god! The same thing happens at my grandma's house. I have also heard that it's some kind of sleeping disorder but i don't believe that.My grandma's house is definetely haunted. It has been for many years. My aunt grew up there and she had some awful things happen to her .She has felt the heavy pressure on her body.It usually happens when you're getting ready to go to sleep. She told me she would first hear a howling noise and then the pressure.Scared out of her mind and unable to speak she would start to pray in her head until the thing would go away. This usually happened in a room that is always very cold. It's happened to other people too,It happened to my mom twice in one night in that same room.My mom said that when it happened to her she actually felt clothing on this thing that was on her. It's really a scary thing .My uncle has also had it happen to him only in a diferent room.I truly believe that it is not some sleeping disorder. How can more than one person in a family have sleeping disorders.I hope this helped you in some way.God bless you and your family.
