Subject: Where can I find some ghost hunters in california and something unusual

I'm wondering where to find some ghost hunters in california near marin county. If someone could tell me where that would be great. Now for the unusual.
During my life I have had, in my opinion, alot of dejavus,
and I can feel how people are feeling about something just by walking into the room that they're in, sort of like vibes. I can feel bad vibes and good vibes. There are 3more things:1) I can sort of sense when people enter a room even if I am not looking in thier direction. 2)At certain places I feel like something is watching me. 3)I am living with my grandmother right now and I am afraid to sleep alone because I feel like there is something in the back room of the house, whats so strange about this is the fact that I only feel It in the houses that she has lived in and no other houses, and Im not afraid of sleeping in my other family member's houses.

Oh! one more thing,on a couple of occasions I have heard banging on the walls, it sounds like it's coming from inside the walls.
