Subject: haunted places

I live here in Philly and know of sevral haunted places in the area. On is the Eastern State Pennantuary. It is right across the street from my school. From my classroom on the third floor i can see into it. It is terrifying even in broad daylight. every time i touch the walls on the outside i get chills. Another haunted place around here is Fort Miffiln. It's right on the river on a place they used to call Mud Island. It was a fort in the american revoilution. They have these tunnles that the bult underground in case they had to stay down there when the enemy attacked. the tunnels are very dark and the celing is low. When i first walked in to it with my friends on a field trip we all felt a cold presence. there is this story that the fort was under attack and two brothers realized that the american flag was not raised, so they rushed to put it up and as they did they were killed by a cannon ball. there is defentally something down there from the 1700's that has not yet left.
