I used to live in a house built in the 1800s thats was full of paranormal activity. One thing that used to happen frequently was seeing the spirit of an orange and white cat. The first time I saw it I was in my bedroom with the door open. Something caught my attention out of the corner of my eye. I looked and there at the top of the steps walked a cat,an orange and white one. It appeared smokey and transparent but yet quite dense. It only was there for about 3 or 4 seconds. A few days later my nephew came to stay overnight. We were downstairs and he kept staring into the dining room. He turned to me and said,"You wouldnt beleive what I thought I just saw" And I said,"Oh,so you saw the cat too" When I said that he knew he saw the spirit of a cat. I had never owned a cat. This cat would be seen quite often by people who didnt know that we had seen it earlier. About a month later I ran into the man who lived there before I bought the house and I,in a roundabout way,asked him if he owned a cat at any time. He said no,but one day he was having plumbing problems with the kitchen sink. He went to fix it himself and the only way to get to the pipes was a crawl space in the basement leading underground to the plumbing. He then said that he was laying on his back working on the pipes he turned to his left,shining his flashlight and there in the crawl space was the skeleton of a cat. Maybe the spirit that you saw was once a family pet that loved sleeping in that room,on the bed.
