This is only a suggestion, and you guys can tell me to screw myself if you want. I know Dave will for sure. We may have to throw down but that can always be fun too, hehehehe. Anyways, we were down at the lease today looking at the area and thought it might be a good idea to put the decoys on the Mallard hole more towards the center in a tighter group or two. This is how we used to hunt it, and did well with it! The ducks can see the decoys much easier this way, and they see a flock instead of singles here and there. The same suggestion is for the middle tank. Standing on the side by the Levy, it would be a good idea to have a set to the left and to the right. More decoys to the right since the blind is there as well. You guys pretty much have the right idea on it right now except that the decoys really need to be further out and in tighter groups. The main thing is to get your sets about 30 yards from shore and in groups if possible to look like newly landed ducks. Especially on the corner tank. Again though, this is only a suggestion that I feel will help you get better hunts down there. I am in no way trying to tell you what to do DAVE, hehehe
