Date Posted: 06:55:44 04/01/03 Tue I am selling Eddie, one of my Feist dogs to make room for a new Lab pup. He'll be 3 years old April 11. He's a close working pleasure dog that finds and trees squirrels very well on his own now. Uses eyes and nose very well. He has a very good nose. He can trail them to a tree, or wind them out of the tree from a good distance. Likes to tree 'coons too. Minds well in the field, and is trained to come into the blast of the whistle. He'd be ideal for an older gentleman or a beginner. He's housebroke(a house dog), a good watchdog, and likes kids. A bit on the larger size(18" & 35lbs), and very well muscled. This dog is in great shape as I get him in the woods at least 3 times a week all year 'round. Will sell him under the tree. $400.00. I'm in northern Michigan.
