Subject: IM A BEGGINER

I am a young kid with an avid interest in motorsports (cars mainly). I would like to know how i can find out about tuning cars. Although i cannot afford anything right now, this knowledge would still be useful and very intertaining to keep up on the import scene. If you can send me a website or something that can give me acess to information regarding cars or cars for amateurs, it would be grately appreciated!!!
