3. BORDER COLOR!!! You can choose an actual name of a color like Red Darkgreen Blue Purple, or a combination of six letters/numbers like: 22CC33 EECCCC. I ALWAYS PUT COLORS IN QUOTATION MARKS.
ALL EXAMPLES HAVE CELLPADDING=10 BORDER=5

Example 1 with COLOR="LIGHTGREEN"
<TABLE BORDER=5 CELLPADDING=10 BORDERCOLOR="LIGHTGREEN">
<TR>
