Subject: Questionnaire now available on project home page

I've put the questionnaire and the consent form in our project home page, in both web and Word formats. (For html, I put the buttons symbols as an image there). Please go to web.pdx.edu/~lzheng/hci/, and in the updated project plan page, there is a link to the questionnair. The same link can also be found in the unfinished requirment analysis page.

Thank Nishita for compiling the questionnair and give me suggestions for the web page.

I've already interviewed one person, still haven't time to put the answers here.
