Regarding an excerpted from this page, which is as follow:

"The law and the prophets pointed forward to Christ; the Epistles point back to Him; and the Book of Revelation points to His second coming, and those things connected with it."

I must point out that John himself opened the book of the Revelation with the very purpose of it, which was to reveal Jesus Christ. Although there is a treasure trove of information in that book regarding the things which wer eto unfold, we fall into a narrow trap when we see it as nothing more than a secret code for end-times events.

Let's all remember the words of our brother John, to whom the Revelation was given, as he opened with the words, "The revelation of JESUS CHRIST..."
