Actually,I have no idea to your questions.

However,I think your guess is right,cause of his treatment in Germany,so he can't visit China in 1st September.and Ilhan's fans from china said:"Ilhan will come to China truely,but we are not curtain when he will come."

and the news is from china sports website,it was said the news is a rumor,but who knows? but we knew that several days ago,Ilhan lived a bad days so maybe he would like to live Japan.cause he is so popular and can get more respect in Japan than in Turkey.
