Guys, you've messed up everything :)).

First of all, not all people living in Russia are Russians, there are more than 100 other nationalities. Tatars are Turkic like Turks, Azerbaijanians, Kazakhs, Uzbeks, etc. Some Tatars look more like Europeans, others look more like Asians. Btw, Marat Safin is Tatar too ;)...

Duygu, I've already explained where did I learn about Ilhan is Tatar from. And OF COURSE I've got nothing against Turks. But don't you find Ilhan's appearance is not typical for Turk ;)..

Lots of Tatars are living in Turkey too. Most of them escaped from communist regime, others left Russia for not been treated well...

I'm Tatar. Yes, I agree, press is not always right, but I've read it in a newspaper, which never lies, besides they've cited Turkish ambassador :).
