I've read the legal notice on this forum and it seems to me that the forum admin could easily be intimidated into pulling this list. When threatened with legal action ISPs often pull the content first and ask questions later (if at all).

I would recommend hosting this forum on a site that has a record of protecting free speech. If paying a small amount guarantees that greater independence and security then I think its well worth it.

In any case probably best to make contingency plans to save previous posts in case we need to host them elsewhere.
