Yes, Ian you are rather controlling. Why?
Why isn't anyone talking about how they were programmed and how they became aware of the programming?
Why does there seem to be a general consensus of denial on this point?
The Colonel, for who? Chinmoy. To continue with the assumption of authority is a bit much. ANY authority was bestowed by chinmoy so he could use people for his own end. That's what programming is about.
Now there will be a rash of people writing in about how no, they weren't programmed and how wonderful the center was for them.
I find myself thinking something and then what a minute that's a chinmoyism. Everything he said he made up on the spot or stolen from some other spiritual teacher/path.
So it's not true, accurate and has no bearing on my life. One I can think of right now is "Human Relationships are ropes of sand" Meaning don't be in any relationship except with him, trust no one but chinmoy. The last person on earth I should have trusted was him. But that stupid saying is on a loop in my brain. That's programming.
The invocation. I no longer sing it each morning, yet pieces of it will drift up in my head during the day. I'll be like, what is this. Oh it's that weird song. I have to go to another channel. Perhaps eventually it will all be erased.
