Subject: Really Bad Roof and it's new

What constitutes a new roof ? My roof now 13 months old has done numerous water damage to interior of the house. Roofer is p.o.'d because after the last MAJOR water intrusion, I said enough repairs, I want the roof replaced. Roof was done so badly, even GALLONS of black tar patch are failing.
Valleys done wrong times 4. Failure to install step flashing correctly at garage-two story connection, and failure of about 20 plus feet on same area they just didn't flash at all. Interior walls separating at the seems, drywall sagging in the family room, multiple areas spanning into the breakfast area and kitchen, mold growing in various places due to water damage. How many times would you let a roofer do bad repairs to cover up the bad install before you called a foul, if this was your roof on your home ? Don' roofers carry insurance against such disasters ? Insurance company's veiw is, it's between you and the roofer, after all they just referred me to them as a preferred contractor. Did I mention this is the second roof by them in 15 months ? We got hit by a severe hail storm 4 months after I had the first roof put on by them, and I still have the original leak in the nursury through roof number one and two.
ASHI ROOF INSPECTION SAYS THE ROOF IS DONE SO BADLY, ITS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND MOLD ISSUES ADDRESSED.

CAN YOU LEND ME YOUR PROFESSINAL OPINION ON THIS ISSUE?

Sincerly,
LDYNHRTS@AOL.COM
