Roofing Sales needed - Chicago area

Are there any roofers looking to get into sales? We are looking for a full time roofing estimator for the Chicago area and the North / North West suburbs.

Pay is commission and bonus.
A cell phone will be provided.
Office space is available or you can work from home.
Leads will be provided for you. (No cold calling)

We would prefer to hire someone with experience installing, but we will also consider someone with experience selling who is open to learning our sales system. This is a full time position (not 1099). This is not a seasonal position.

Job duties include:
1) Setting and keeping your own appointments.
2) Measuring and assessing the job.
3) Providing the written estimate and asking for the sale.
4) Inspecting the job when done and picking up final payment.
