Subject: Sheeting over existing boards

I'm going to rip off the existing asphalt shingles down to the plank sheeting boards , then going to put 7/16 osb board down . Is there any spacing between the osb boards or should I butt them tight together ???

thanks Russ

Since you are going over the old roof decking you probably won't need plywood clips. Spacing won't be necessary either. Don't beat them together though. Make sure you have adequate ventilation.
