First of all I own a 2002 ford lightning. In order to keep up with the silverado ss and dodge srt, you don't need all that many changes. First of all it can beat the ss no problem but the srt, we need to do some work. My truck ran 13.8 seconds in the quarter mile and the dodge srt is suppose to run 12.9 seconds. That is only .90 tenths of a cecond less. Not bad for having 120 hp less. So, if we add ram air, perhaps an upgraded supercharger, bigger pulleys, and a computer chip to do some major modifications to make everything work together, perhaps this is all it would need to kick the rivals ass! There is a lot of other things that could be done to improve the lightnings performance but it don't need all that much to kick some more ass! Make Henry Ford proud and keep up the the best damn sport pickup ever made still be the best.
