Subject: Speedo problem on 2003

I have a 2003 Coupe. Intermittently when I accelerate and the needle hits 90 kph, it will jump to 200 kph and the governor will kick in, essentially going into neutral. The car will glide and slow to below 90 and I regain control. When I accelerate again, it will jump to 200 and the cycle repeats itself. This only happens when the engine is warm and usually goes away after a few minutes (i.e. it will accelerate smoothly to 100 kph and beyond). Once I can accelerate normally, it will drive fine.

Does anybody have any ideas? The idiots at ford service don't. They replaced the speedo head, but that didn't fix the problem.
