I learned today that HV's are strictly for Intimidating...i didn't know that. So if you have around 100, stop there for now. Do max out on M16's though (250) these will help you with attacks.

As far as buying M16's though...DON'T spend all your money on M16's...keep a good amount of money in your bank account. Our gang needs to start moving up in the rankings. So leave money in your bank account...i'll login to your account and buy drugs or withdraw cash so that we move up in the rankings. I'll be moving each char to around the same ranking, cause we need to stick together in case of a large attack. Thanks...
