Growling deeply, he taps the edge of the phone on the kitchen table and sips his drink - experts had determined that the fire had been set on purpose but they had no suspects, and so his insurance company was being tight with rewards having strict policies about arson. The last couple days had been harsh ups and downs - going from bad to worse and then back again, bouncing between rage and failure...
