According to Spock, V'Ger was able to digitize(destroy and store)planets, stars and even entire galaxies, so I think CentrePoint Station wouldn't have stood a chance. Also I think 100km for V'Gers size is a bit small, according to Chuck Barbee (who worked on the V'Ger model for the movie) V'Ger was ment to be over a 1000km in length, the scale of the Enterprise in the flyover seems to back this length up.
