The torpedo looks to be a cone about the size of a fighter pilot's helmet. (I get this by looking at the torpedoes in the magazine to the sides of the cockpit on the cutaway and imagining the pilot in the cockpit and the torpedoe seems to be the size of a pilot's helmet, maybe a little bigger, maybe a little smaller.
