Han is piloting the Millenuim Falcon. His gunners are Luke and Chewie. Han is in control of his concussion missiles.

Tom Paris is piloting the Delta Flyer. Harry kim is on navigation and Tuvok is on weapons.

Q has put the will in their minds to die for his entertainment, and so, one or both of the ships will be obliterated. They are facing each other at a distence of 700 km, easily within weapons range of each other. They cannot use FTLs and don't want to run any farther than is needed to get into a decent position to kill the other.

Who'd win?

My money's on the Falcon.
