justice... yah, if someone could define that for me, we would be all set. Allright ray, here we go... We in america give "murderer's rights" like right to a trial by jury, right to appeal, right to a fair trial, all those rights, because they deserve them. Becase without them, innocent people are killed. Because even with them innocent people are killed. You see, when we put an innocent person to death, thats a huge mistake. And we have dont it plenty of times before, because new evidence comes up... but damn... we already killed the innocent guy, so its too late. Death is an end Ray. And if we kill a person with leathal injection, electric chair, etc, there is no bringing them back. Sure in a fit of rage the victims families might want to kill the first person they think comitted the crime, but what if they are wrong? Anyway ray, thats why we give rights to the people accused of murder. Im really sad to know that the families of the victims enjoy the idea of killing another person, and that somehow lets them rest easy. I would be just as comfortable letting him rot in jail.

BUT GUYS!!! good news, the SUPREME court has now made it illegal to put the mentally disabled to death... a step in the right direction.
