It has come to my attention that changes need to be made.

1.First and foremost, we need to begin a recruiting campaign we simply don't have enough active members.

2.We need more ppl to help run the tribe, these ppl would have to be able to run a practice incase me and sun are unable to attend, which so far hasn't been i problem i think i've been to all but one, but just incase.

3. Increased communication, i'm not sure if everyone has everyone elses aim or icq ( lately i haven't been active on icq ). I think that it should be required that all members have one of them (DUH!).

4. Tougher rules, from now on if you do not make two of the practices, without a good excuse( so DON'T FORGET ), u should be kicked out no if's, and's, or but's. YOU CAN BE REPLACED.

5. members should be judged greatly by the amount of time they spend online, naturally those who play more often will tend to be better ( NO SHIT ). So far me, mael, and raid spend alot of time online together but i rarely ever see anyone else.

6. It is important that while under the ^IoN^ tag u show respect and don't be an ass because u are representing us!!!

I have more changes i'd like to make, but this will do for now.
