Hello, I wonder if any of you ever had this experience in meditation. I bet all of us experience very nice and deep things when we close our eyes and let everything just flow. But I don�t mean that kind of experience, in this case something happened to me from the outside, from another person.
This may sound a bit weird, but never the less it�s exactly how it happened. I shall tell the story�
I went to a Meditation Gathering with Master Har Tzion in New York last Saturday night. So I was sitting in his center, listening to his lecture about spirituality. Everything was very nice, and he was very interesting and spiritual. But the most interesting thing was happening after he finished his lecture. He said he will transfer or give his experience to who ever will be receptive enough. Well, I guess I was receptive enough� Because he came over and placed his hand right over my head. I wasn�t seeing everything he was doing, as I was meditating at the time. But I could feel his energy taking its affect over me.
My body started trembling, my breathing became disordered, but the feeling inside was just great. I never felt so deep before.
I can�t say that I know exactly what that was, I made a note to myself to search and read about this. There is a bit about it in his website � www.har-tzion.com
