Subject: Why is Hawaii allowed to participate? Can Ms. North Dakota enter? Hawaii has been a state (not a territory or commonwealth) of the United States of America for over 50 years. There is no dispute, except a few angry Molokaians. This appears that Miss World is just going for numbers (i.e., we have 20 more than Miss Universe, na na na nah nah!)
