When the war ended, anthros became slaves for the humans, the ones who had escaped from slavery living in bad neighborhoods and alleyways. And even then, all they had was freedom, no promise of tomorrow. They live in fear of raids and ATSs [AnthroTerminationSquads]. Anthros slaves, on the other hand, have the promise of tomorrow, but perhaps death would be more welcome.x
