My favorite book of all time and really changed my perspective on life is Man's Search For Meaning by Victor Frankl. This book influences me on a daily basis.
Another book is one I never dreamed I would find useful. I hardly drink at all. Never had an alcohol problem but I gotten so much spiritual insight out of a book called The Dark Night of Recovery: Conversations from the Bottom of the Bottle. I first checked it out but I bought my own copy. It is really a great book. It applies to everyone and not just those struggling with addictions.
There are so many great books. I will post more later.
