Okay, here's the deal on the DVD's. I did QC checks throughout the process of burning the DVD's and did spot checks to make sure the menu's were placed properly and to see that the actual picture was acceptable. The problem that I did not catch is that when you got in the main menu and and hit "Watch All" it kicks it back to the "True Radial Menu" after the first round of qualifying for True Radial. So basically you can only view the video by going into the "Class Menus" and look at each class round by round. For some reason the disc is reading that it should kick back to the True Radial menu, why, I do not have the answer, but know that I am in the middle of finding out. I will let everyone know via the baord, phone call, or e-mail just as soon as I get this resolved. It shouldn't take more than working this issue today and I should have it nailed down. My sincerest apology to everyone that bought one of these DVD's. This was not done with ill intent it was an honest mistake on my part. The menu's are a really a pain to set up sometimes and I think it just got the best of me this go round. As I stated before I will re-issue the DVD to everyone that bought one. Again, I am really sorry this happened. I will do a more in depth QC process in the future to make certian that this issue NEVER arises again. I feel horrible about this, and I know it looks bad on me, I will replace every one that is out there to make it right. If you have a disc and want it replaced please send it to me and I will return a properly working disc to you and refund your shipping cost. Please include a note inside with the amount that it cost you to ship the dics to me so I can be sure to get the right amount back to you the first time around.

Thank you for your co-operation and patients in dealing with this issue.
