 My cousin is a midget, but he drives real good. Is it OK in the rules to have blocks tied to your shoes to reach the pedals? I'll let him know to check this site, but he might have a hard time, his reading isn't so good. It's funny, he speaks perfect English (with a slight lisp), but can only read Chinese. The Doctors are still scratching their heads. They say it may have something to do with when he got struck by lighhtning that one time we went squirrel hunting.
