..hmmm, so does she mean what programe we use? Or where we upload the pics? I'll explain both..

..(for personalising) Firstly we'll get a order (either simple or complicated) They'll give us the pics they'd like in their pic. Sometimes the font color and face ect...

..Then you have to download the pics onto your computer. Note, that you have to have a picture programe. (most people use PaintShop Pro (any version) Though some use Microsoft Paint. I don't have PSP 7 (though I'd love it) The programe I've go is Arcsoft PhotoStudio 2000. Your personalise the pic then save it once again..

..Now you have to upload it onto the internet. I use seemesmile for mine, because it shows up on other boards. However, unitedstates & ranchoweb do the same..
