I would like to be a simples personalizer and a motto and name creator.
(let me no if my work is good enough for complex) I am a simples worker at NSHC *would be complex but they are not looking for complex peeps right now*

..Nope they're fine. I can't really say for comps because I haven't seen any examples of your blending and mixing pics. But I think your pics are fine, as well as your mottos..
