.:.After unpacking the final remains of her belongings, Sammy changed into barn clothes and
ran out of the house and to the training barn. Inside six Thoroughbreds stand in their stalls,
sticking their heads over their stall doors, nickering. Sammy hurries into the feed
room and grabs two buckets. She fills them both with 1/2 oats and 1/2 sweet feed. She walks down to the
front end of the barn aisle and opens the first stall and pours the feed into the bin. She lets herself
out of the stall and goes to the stall across the aisle. She pulls open the door and pours the
feed into the bin.:.
