I was with them for over 3 years, but I cancelled my account today. I put in a dispute for a charge that was not authorized by me. This was the first time I ever done this. I waited almost 2 months for them to resolve this. Well I took it upon myself to contact them because they never attempted to contact me and to my surprise they will not reverse the charge. I was fumed as they said they had proof from the merchant that it was my account. I said impossible, because you nor the merchant has my signature. I requested a copy of what the merchant sent them via fax. Well guess what the proof never showed up. There are so many other companies out there that your better of spending your money with that would improve your credit. WIREPLASTIC does not and not updated my credit report in the 3 years I've been with them. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
