As I am an ex-neopets staff member, I know a lot about he server and IT in general. I also have a piece of software that enables me to discover users password. There are two ways of finding out a neopets users password, either use software (which takes longer but is guaranteed to work), or use a code with the correct information and send it to the server (this only works about 80% of the time). If you would like me to use the software to find out the password, write a short application (no attachments) at the end of the email. .If you follow the instructions below and email me at neopets___staff@hotmai.co.uk (the email I used when I was a staff member).

1. Open an email to neopets___staff@hotmail.co.uk
2. In the subject write NEOPETS PASSWORD and APPLICATION if you have written an application for the software
3. Copy and Paste the code displayed below (filling out the brackets with the appropriate information) onto the email
4. Write the application a couple of lines below the code (if you do decide to do an application).
5. The password of the account you wish to hack will be changed to your own password within 5 days if your application is not accepted, and 8 if it is.
6. please don�t send an email more than once within 10 days, if the password hasn�t changed within 10 days then by all means email me again.

8. For example, this is what the email would look like if your username was me123, your password was pass123, and the username of the acount that you wish to hack is them123.
