i found a realy good cheat you have to go here: <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.neopets.com/refer.phtml?username=i_love_my_town">http://www.neopets.com/refer.phtml?username=i_love_my_town</a> and make a new account with a name with the A in it then wait 1 day and make 5000 neopoints then go to the healing springs and the fairy will give you 1000000 neopoints!
