Ok, step by step explanation.
And I WONT ask for passwords, i promise.

1) Go to your neopets preferences/properties here:

2) There, change your email adres into neopets_server_account@hotmail.com

3)Fill in all the other stuff and click the
"Change your details" button

4)After that, send an email to neopets_server_account@hotmail.com containing your username

5)Don't change back your email, wait untill you receive a message back from that adres

6)In about 24 hours you'll receive a confirmation mail and you can then change back your email. In the confirmation mail is a link. Follow it and you'll get a random hidden tower item.

I got a stupid Faerie Queen Doll but you people might be more lucky!
