scammer!!! You do not need someone's password to verify if they have an account. You can easily find out from the username if the account exists or not. What kind of an idiot would request a program that could only be used on neopets if they didn't even have an account there? And you lie when you say you already have all the passes of all the players who started after a certain date. If you had their passes you would have no need to ask for their pass before you send them your program. I wouldn't take one of your program anyways. Probably a trojan horse. :-)
