I created a program that can get you lots of neopoints from the money tree. This is what you have to do. Create a new neopet account. Then send the new user name and the pwd to neosampler.yahoo.ca. I can only do about five people a day because each time I have to let the program run for 1-2 hours on each account to accumulate the np. You have nothing to lose. I just want to help those in need of nps so for those that already have lots of np pls don't reply. Hope to hear from you soon!
