Subject: We want to keep in touch with our kids, BUT save money

Scenario1: Our kids want to call home, we tell them "call collect" Our phone company says "yay!"

Scenario2: We want to have control over our kids spending while away at college, then we give them a cell phone. The cellular carrier says "yay!"

Try this on for size, POST paid calling cards 4.9¢/minute flat rate!!
or how about your OWN Toll Free number at 6.9¢/minute flat rate!!
