THE DUPLICATORS TO DUPLICATE AND PACKAGE ETC.. THEY WILL COST $12.00 EACH PLUS POSTAGE AND HANDLING. YOU CAN PRE-ORDER AND RESERVE YOUR COPY BY SENDING A MONEY ORDER FOR 12.00 TO ROBERTA MAYO P.O. BOX 1662 BATTLEGROUND WASHINGTON 98604 ALSO INCLUDE A SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED PACKAGE TYPE ENVELOPE FOR YOUR CD TO BE RETURNED IN. PACKAGE ENVELOPE MUST BE BIG ENOUGH FOR CD JEWEL CASE INCLUDED AND BE THE KIND THAT IS PADDED FOR SAFETY FROM BREAKING THE CD ETC.
