I think that i can solve a little of the Army depot UFO thing. The military runs training missions low to the ground in the berea,richmond area, besides helicopters they run small unmaned craft as well as bombers. I believe they don't run the bombers any longer but i am sure they still run simulated runs with other craft since the area is designated as a main vector for military aircraft.
