my daddy was born and raised in burnwell ky.[its in Pike county.]theres a part of it where theres a story that a woman went mad and threw her baby in the fire .the baby cried and wailed. then the lady burnt herself alive and died. now all that stands is the chimney.


we got a trailor across from that chimney. i was a baby. one night momma and daddy woke up from a baby crying .they thought it was me. they went to see........ it wasnt me. while in my room they still heard a baby crying.
