A new pageant will be held in Covington, Louisiana on September 21, 2003. Beautiful 6 and 1/8inch crowns, rhinestone banners, rhinestone sceptors, and triple star trophies. Sunday Best for ages 0-8 and Glitz for ages 9-up.
There will be a Mrs. Category as well. All photogenic winners will win a free professional photo shoot.

Pageant will be held at the Holiday Inn in the Grand Ballroom in Covington.
