Subject: Softball player....... anyone need one???

Hi, I'm a avid softball player, have played for many years!!!
I've played slowpitch for many many years, and fast pitch for a few years.
I'm originally from Western Kentucky, and I played on many women's, and coed teams.
I'm a long ball hitter, and I can place the ball pretty well. I have a decent arm on me, I'm pretty quit and I have a great love for the game.
I'm looking for a team that plays to win, but plays for the fun of the game as well.
I've lived here in Maryland for about 5 years now and I really haven't found a team to play for. I really would love to play again, not only for the fun of it, but for the physical sence of it all. I played with a team, a couple of years ago, but it was a waste of time. They wasted my time. I would go hours away to play in a tournament and not get to play at all.
And also was expected to get up and bat without any practice or not being warmed up and not be able to perform to my ability.
I'm not bragging, but I honestly think I could be a great asset to someone's team.
I have a great personality, so I've been told, I'm just a big ole country gal, persay, but hey once you get to know me, we'll be just fine.
Well thanks and I hope to hear from someone.
Thanks ,
Linda Hamel
