Subject: MAG-ANDAM AG MAG-AMPO! (Watch and Pray!)

Sweet's mother is a principal. But back to her teaching years, she won't forget this story of a certain boy coming from the upland.
One day, she was teaching pupils how to greet visitors courteously. "Magandang umaga po!" (Good morning!) was the greeting she wanted her students to master. So she called on the pupils one by one to recite the greeting, "Magandang Umaga po!."
Until a boy was called. He answered, "Mag-andam ag mag-ampo!" Sweet's mom, knowing that the boy had a difficulty, asked him to repeat after her. And yet, with more force and ultimate seriousness to the statement, the boy recited again loudly, "Mag-andam ag mag-ampo!" For how many times she did allow the boy to repeat the statement and yet all that came out from him was, "Mag-andam ag mag-ampo."
Later that day, Sweet's mom learned that the boy's family was a devout occult (kulto)of the "HIDDEN GOSPEL" (Tinagong pulong)and the frequent statement they had during services was WATCH and PRAY or Mag-andam ag mag-ampo in local tongue. That's why!
